You have 30 days, since you receive your order, to request the exchange or return of any item, except in the case of panties, which cannot be changed for hygiene reasons.

To start the process, you must communicate it by email to hello@boldwomban.com, or by calling +34 952 53 53 28 and we will provide you with the shipping information for the product you wish to exchange or return.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse and verify that everything is correct, the money will be returned to the card or PayPal account with which the purchase was made.

The first change and return on the same order is always free, in case of requiring more than one change or return on the same order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
